Online Multiplication Tests and Quizzes- These quizzes are the ones that will be given in class. The students must complete them in 3 minutes or less and can make one error in order to go to the next number.
General / Mixed Math Games:
Funbrain Math Arcade: General math games. **Be sure to click where it says "New to the Math Arcade? Click Here!" Then choose the appropriate settings (boy/girl & Grade skill level).
Fractions/Decimals/ProbabilityComparing Fractions with UNLIKE Denominators: Decide if the given fractions are greater than, less than, or the same. You may need to make equivalent fractions to be sure! - Scroll down the page to see it.
Melvin's Potion Game: Click on the potions to match up equivalent fractions (matching a picture to the fraction).
Equivalent Fractions: Click on a fraction that is equal to the one given.
Matching Equivalent Fractions: Click on the two fractions that are equivalent.You may need scratch paper to do this one :)
Harder Ice Cream Cone Game: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PLAYING. Fill the given orders.
Least Common Denominators: Read the review and then scroll down to practice/play. Using the two given fractions, change them so that they both have the Lowest Common Denominator. You may need scratch paper to do this one.
MeasurementArtie's Soda Jerk Game: READ the directions first! Fill orders at the Soda Shop.
Ricky's Ruler Game: Where it says "Increment Level", click on "Eighths". Then click on "Start New Game".

Geometry
Khan Academy Videos: A variety of great Khan Academy videos on many different geometry concepts.
Angle Explanation: A straightforward explanation of the different angle types. Includes pictures and an interactive tool.
Quadrilateral Quest: Read the properties and click on the quadrilaterals that match.
Quadrilateral Grid Game: Move the corners to make a quadrilateral with the given information. You get a point for each corner you move.
Sorting Shapes: Put the shapes in the right categories.
Geometry Flash Cards: Review a variety of geometry vocabulary terms.
Measuring Angles: Practice using a protractor. *There is a short advertisement before the game*
Acute, Obtuse, Right Angles: Use the robot to shoot the correct answer.
Squirt by angle: Choose what angle you need to squirt the items. To go to the next one, click the arrow and then 'reset'.
Symmetry Activity: How many lines of symmetry do the shapes have?
What is a Flip, Slide, and Turn?: Animations and explanations of what a flip, slide, and turn are.
Icy Flip, Slide, and Turn Game: Watch the animation and then click the button to say which transformation you saw.
Division
Snork's Long Division Game: Choose your appropriate level. You may need scratch paper!
Division Machine: Choose your appropriate level- I would choose at leastLEVEL 2. You will probably need scratch paper for LEVEL 3.
Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Divison Baseball Game: Solve a question and swing! You set which operation and difficulty level.
Croc Doc: Choose your appropriate level. This is a GREAT game- the "Super" is a good challenge, even if you know your math facts well. Challenge your parents to a game :)
Hit the Correct Answer DIVISION FACTS: Choose "Division Facts" and then which set of facts you wish to practice.

Triangle Multiplication Cards: Here is the site where you can print off "triangle Multiplication Cards". These are useful for multiplication and division. Be sure to pick the right one: there are two sets on the website: 1) Addition and Subtraction and 2) Multiplication and Division.
Defeat the Monster: Read the directions, then click "Play now". When you set it up, be sure to select "multiplication".
Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Divison Baseball Game: Solve a question and swing! You set which operation and difficulty level.
* Remember you can always click "easier" or "harder" to change the difficulty.
Multiplication Eaters: Read the desired product (that's the ANSWER to a multiplication problem), then eat all the expressions that would lead to that product. Once you eat them all the game will move to a new product. This is a great way to think about multiplication in a new way that will extend student's learning and working knowledge.
Meteor Multiplication: The star station holds the ANSWER to a multiplication problem. Use the arrow keys to aim at the correct problem and then use the space bar to shoot the correct ones. *Leave the settings as is to start. If you find a need, you can change the speed to be slower or faster. DO NOT CHANGE THE "CONTENT RANGE" (the numbers).
Fantastic Fish Shop: Scoop the right answer fish to please your customers! Read the problem and scoop the fish that matches each answer. **Choose at least MEDIUM
(Ice Cream) Cone Crazy: Scoop the answer to the multiplication question.
Quick Flash Flash Cards: Choose which facts you want to work on. Type in the answer of the card that pops up.
3 by 1 Digit Multiplication: You will need a scratch sheet of paper to do these. These are a GREAT practice for our test!

*This is great for reinforcing the "regrouping" that we are learning in class. Mrs. Smith suggests Addition & Subtraction starting on 'Hard'.

Ghost Blasters 3 Subtraction Game: Click on the ghost with the right answer. 2 digit by 2 digit subtraction (with regrouping- so you might want a scrap sheet of paper to help)

(Easy/Medium) UFO Subtraction Game: Subtraction with 2 digit numbers to reveal the picture! (Ex: 91-64=)
(Hard) UFO Subtraction Game: This is a subtraction game which will provide a great challenge for students who have already mastered subtraction with regrouping. Pick a UFO and click on the tile with the correct answer. (Example question: 89-62-8=)
Place Value:
Cyberchase Place Value: Make a number BIGGER than 'Hacker's' numbers- look carefully, sometimes he will try to trick you.
Place Value Golf: (Only goes to one-thousands place) Click on the answer to the question. Be able to tell which digit is in the place value asked.
Place Value and Rounding Puzzler: Choose at least MEDIUM. Click on the correct answer to reveal the puzzle.
